For organisations
A fake support agent can't use your bank's name.
Bipe's data and servers stay in Brazil, under Brazilian law. On Bipe, the bank's name is reserved for the account with the verified CNPJ, and customers see the badge in every chat. Bipe for organisations is still a proposal, and the pilot is free.
Each feature shows where it stands. Open a feature to see its status on iPhone and Android.
Only the bank uses the bank's name
The fake support scam starts with a profile that copies the bank's name and photo. On Bipe, that name is reserved for the account with the verified CNPJ, and names with one letter swapped, like 1tau, are blocked too. Customers see the badge and the CNPJ in the chat with the real bank.
Simulation with sample people and messages.
Reserved names
Bank, government and Bipe names are kept for the institution's verified account.
Disguised letters
The name check treats some lookalikes, such as O and 0, as the same letter. It does not cover every similar name.
Business seal
A company, school or association proves its CNPJ and gets a seal with the name on the federal register.

Pix with the name of who gets paid
A Pix charge in the chat shows the verified name and CNPJ of who gets the money, and the customer pays in their bank app. With Check it in Bipe, the customer checks a Pix code before paying. Pix charges are still a plan.
Business Pix charges
A verified institution charges by Pix inside the chat. The card shows the CNPJ that receives the money and turns to paid when the bank confirms.
Check it in Bipe
Got a Pix request in another app? Share it to Bipe and see what the code says before you pay.
A pause before paying
When a money request looks suspicious, copy and pay stay locked for 5 seconds. The pause breaks the scammer's rush.

Warnings for customers before the scam
The check looks for signs of a scam in messages and can show a warning. People who aren't in your contacts arrive as chat requests. A Bipe account doesn't use SMS codes, so someone who clones the customer's SIM doesn't get their account.
Scam warnings
If checks find signals such as a rushed Pix or a new number, a warning appears under the message.
Message requests
People who aren't in your contacts arrive as a request. You accept it or ignore it.
No SMS codes
Whoever takes your SIM does not get your account. Bipe has no SMS code to ask for.

A yearly contract, no price per message
Banks and fintechs are on the Institution plan: a yearly contract priced by the number of customers, unlimited agents, every name of the brand reserved and monitoring of lookalike names. The badge isn't for sale, and the plan pays only for the service. Amounts come out when the pilot ends.
