How it works
- Only people you verified in person by QR code can be guardians.
- With the mark, the account leaves every device at once and is locked. The person who has the phone cannot send messages.
- Your contacts see a warning in the chat: do not send money or codes. Messages sent near the time of the theft are marked.
- A guardian clears the mark when you are safe again. Then you sign in on a new device.

Scam warnings
If checks find signals such as a rushed Pix or a new number, a warning appears under the message.
Message requests
People who aren't in your contacts arrive as a request. You accept it or ignore it.
A pause before paying
When a money request looks suspicious, copy and pay stay locked for 5 seconds. The pause breaks the scammer's rush.
No SMS codes
Whoever takes your SIM does not get your account. Bipe has no SMS code to ask for.
Your account lives on your phone
No email required and no hard password to remember. You pick an 8-digit PIN, like the one for your bank.
New phone, same account
Got a new phone or lost yours? There is more than one way back into your account, and none goes through an SMS code.
Voice messages with text
A voice message arrives with its text below. You can read it without listening, and the scam check reads the text too.
