New phone, same account
Got a new phone or lost yours? There is more than one way back into your account, and none goes through an SMS code.
iPhone: Coming soon · Android: Coming soon
How it works
- With the old phone in hand, point the new phone's camera at the QR code on the old one.
- Lost the old one? If the account was in iCloud or Google, it comes back on the new phone with your 8-digit PIN.
- Without that, you can get back in by email or with help from your guardians. Then there is a 24-hour wait.
- During the wait, your other devices get a notice and can cancel.
- Bipe never asks you to scan a QR code that someone else sent.
