For organisations
An open standard and an API to connect Bipe to your systems.
Bipe's data and servers stay in Brazil, under Brazilian law. Bipe uses Matrix, an open protocol, and the code is open. Customer service platforms, integrators and technology resellers can bring Bipe to their customers. Bipe's business API is still a proposal.
Each feature shows where it stands. Open a feature to see its status on iPhone and Android.
An open standard
Bipe uses Matrix, an open protocol for chat. The code of the app and the server is open, so any team can check what it does before it integrates. Chats are end-to-end encrypted.
Open source
The code is public, so anyone can check it.
End to end
Every new chat, one to one or in a group, is encrypted end to end.
Servers in Brazil
Chats live on servers in Brazil, run by Brazilian companies.

An API for your systems
Bipe's business API will send messages, templates and questions with options, and call you back when the customer replies. A customer service platform can bring Bipe in as one more channel through the same API, and a partner can set up and run everything for smaller companies. The API isn't live yet.
Simulation with sample people and messages.
Help carry the network
The idea is that no company owns Bipe and that other organisations run Bipe servers on the same network. For now, Envisioning makes the app and runs the servers in Brazil. If your organisation wants to help carry Bipe, use the same form.
