Everything the business sells, with prices, in one list on its profile. Customers see it without asking for the menu.

How it works

  • Catalog data stays on Bipe's servers in Brazil.
  • Services and products are in the same list. The services are the same as in the agenda.
  • A price can be fixed, "from" or "on request". A photo and a description are optional.
  • The business builds the catalog on the phone: take a photo, type the name and the price. One tap marks an item as sold out today.
  • The catalog shows on the business profile, in the chat and on the business's bipe.chat/@ link.
  • Links in an item description do not open. Bipe has no search across businesses, so the catalog is not a marketplace.
  • It is free on every plan, for any company account.

Customers build an order from the catalog and send it to the business. Then they follow it on a card in the chat.

Quotes

The customer explains in the chat what they need. The business answers with a quote card that shows the items, the total and how long it is valid.

Virtual queue

Customers join the queue from the QR code at the door and wait wherever they like. Bipe tells them when two people are ahead and when it is their turn.
