# Orders · Features · Bipe

Customers build an order from the catalog and send it to the business. Then they follow it on a card in the chat.

iPhone: Coming soon; Android: Coming soon

## How it works

- Order data stays on Bipe's servers in Brazil.
- The customer picks the products, the quantities, pickup or delivery, and how to pay.
- The address and notes stay in the chat, which is end-to-end encrypted. The order keeps only the items, the amounts and the status.
- Each change reaches the customer as a notification: accepted, ready, delivered.
- A business with a verified CNPJ can send a Pix charge for the total. Others take payment on delivery or pickup.
- Bipe never touches the money and takes no fee on the order.
- To order, the customer needs a Bipe account.
