Customers pick a service, a person and a time, and book with the business right in Bipe. The agenda is free for any company account.

## How it works

- Agenda data stays on Bipe's servers in Brazil.
- There is no monthly fee, commission or booking limit on any plan.
- Any company account can open an agenda, with or without a verified CNPJ. Customers see whether the business has the seal.
- To book, the customer needs a Bipe account.
- Each booking shows as a card in the chat with the business, with the service, the person, the day and the time.
- A notification reminds the customer one day before and two hours before.
- Staff who want to can see the agenda in their Google, Apple or Outlook calendar. That calendar gets the time. The customer's name goes too only if the business chooses.
